Compensation and Benefits Hourly wage ranges from $23.79 to $38.36,
depending on prior work experience. Our benefits package includes

Responsibilities Job Summary Enhances the quality and thoroughness
of clinical documentation by conducting daily systematic chart
reviews, engaging with physicians for queries, and actively seeking
clarifications as necessary. Exhibits a solid understanding of
documentation standards and coding regulations relevant to
diagnosis coding, ensuring accurate representation of the
complexity and medical necessity of patient encounters. Regularly
engages in educational activities, including one-on-one training
sessions, for physicians, facility staff, and other essential
healthcare providers. Employs software systems to gather and verify
the effectiveness of data. Qualifications Education An Associate's
Degree in Nursing is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing is
preferred. Experience A minimum of 3 to 5 years of direct clinical
nursing experience is required. Experience across a diverse range
of clinical environments is preferred. (The above qualifications
can also be satisfied through a combination of education and
experience.) Licensure and Certification Active RN licensure in
Oklahoma is mandatory. Preferred certifications include Clinical
Documentation (CCDS, CCDS-O, or CDIP) and/or coding certifications
(RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P, COC, or CRC). Additional Knowledge,
Skills, and Abilities Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word,
PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills, both verbal and non-verbal, along with strong listening
abilities. Experience in creating and delivering educational
programs. Strong analytical capabilities. Must be self-motivated,
able to work independently with minimal oversight. Highly organized
and detail-oriented. Ability to think critically, reason, deduce,
and infer, while demonstrating the capacity to reach accurate
conclusions. If not already acquired, obtaining certification in
Clinical Documentation and/or coding certification is encouraged
within 3 to 5 years.
