Nurse Position: The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for
delivering high-quality nursing care, evaluating patient needs, and
overseeing the work of CNAs and LPNs in a skilled nursing
environment. This position prioritizes regular scheduling, teamwork
across various disciplines, and compliance with healthcare

valid RN license, with experience in skilled nursing preferred,

key member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is tasked with
delivering quality nursing care through direct patient interaction
and ensuring that patients achieve or maintain optimal physical,
mental, and psychosocial well-being in line with all relevant laws,
regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities
will include assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation
and adjusting care plans as necessary based on any changes in the
patient's condition. Daily, you will also provide clinical
oversight to CNAs and LPNs. Education, Experience, and Licensure
Requirements Diploma in nursing (associate’s or bachelor’s degree)
Must hold a current and valid RN license in the applicable state,
maintaining good standing throughout employment. Preferred: One (1)
year of experience in skilled nursing CPR certification required
upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; must remain current
throughout employment. Specific Job Requirements Implement and
