Position Overview: Location: Our Healthcare Facility in Oklahoma
City Shift: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Schedule: 7:00 AM - 5:30
PM Job Summary: As an Interventional Resource Nurse, you will apply
theoretical principles to guide your clinical decisions. Your role
will involve assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating
tailored nursing care for adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients,
adhering to established nursing standards. You will carry out your
responsibilities in alignment with our core mission, values, and
service standards. Qualifications: Education: Must be a graduate of
an accredited registered nursing program. Licensure: Responsible
for obtaining and maintaining a valid RN license in the state of
employment, including compliance with all state nursing board
regulations. Experience: A minimum of one year of nursing
experience is required, with critical care experience preferred.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the
American Heart Association is required or must be completed within
30 days of hire. Additional certifications may be necessary
depending on the specific unit or position, including but not
limited to: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) NRP (Neonatal
Resuscitation Program) ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) CPHON (Certified Pediatric
Hematology/Oncology Nurse) OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) PALS
(Pediatric Advanced Life Support) PEARS (Pediatric Assessment
Recognition and Stabilization) S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar, Temperature,
Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, And Emotional Support) C-EFM
(Fetal Monitor Certification) Other unit-specific certifications as
required Physical Requirements: The role necessitates the ability
to regularly push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs. Prolonged standing
and walking are required throughout each shift. Ability to grip,
reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat is essential for performing
