Job Description:
Overview
CHI Health St. Francis was established in Grand Island, Nebraska in
1887. Today our hospital is a regional referral center with more
than 100 physicians and more than 1100 employees working together
to build a healthier community. Our goal is to provide patients
with high-quality medical care close to home where they can be
supported by their family friends and community. We are a 16 bed
ICU that cares for wide variety of critically ill patients with
renal, cardiac, pulmonary, neuro, neuro-surgical, endocrine, GI,
and surgical conditions. We are a designated stroke center and we
care for a diverse population of patients, pulling from multiple
areas of the state. We provide big town care with a small town
feel. Compensation : Base rate + shift differential Incentives:
$15,000 sign on bonus, up to $10,000 education assistance (must
have graduated within 5 years) Nurse Residency offered for all New
Graduates
Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse RN, you will be responsible for delivering
the highest quality patient care according to the specific orders
of each patient's individual physician. This will involve,
utilizing your knowledge and skills to educate patients and their
families on prevention and healthy habits. Additional
responsibilities for this health care role include:
