We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Chemical Plant
Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This
challenging role requires a strategic thinker with a strong
background in production processes, operations management, and
quality control. Our ideal candidate is a leader who can
effectively manage our inventory, oversee the supply chain, and
contribute to budgeting and cost reduction efforts. The candidate
should be able to build strong teams, develop robust business
strategies, manage change effectively, and continuously seek ways
to improve our operations. If you are a proactive, results-driven

from you. Responsibilities: 1. Overseeing the daily operations of
the chemical plant, ensuring all processes are running smoothly and
efficiently. 2. Developing and implementing standard operating
procedures (SOPs) in line with industry best practices. 3. Managing
the production planning process to ensure timely delivery of
products. 4. Ensuring the highest level of quality control across
all production processes. 5. Leading and motivating a diverse team,
fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. 6.
Managing inventory effectively to reduce waste and optimize
productivity. 7. Overseeing the supply chain, ensuring all
components are sourced and delivered in a timely and cost-effective
manner. 8. Developing and managing the plant budget, identifying
opportunities for cost reduction. 9. Developing and implementing a
robust business strategy to drive growth and profitability. 10.
Managing change effectively, ensuring all staff are briefed and
trained on any new processes or procedures. 11. Conducting
strategic planning sessions to identify opportunities for growth
and improvement. 12. Continually seeking ways to improve the
plant's operations, implementing new technologies or processes
where appropriate. Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or
general education degree (GED) with 10 years of experience with 8
years in leadership. 2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a
chemical plant or manufacturing environment. 3. Proven experience
in production processes, operations management, and quality
control. 4. Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply
chain management. 5. Experience in budgeting, cost reduction, and
strategic planning. 6. Excellent leadership skills, with a proven
ability to build and motivate a team. 7. Strong business acumen,
with a proven ability to develop and implement robust business
strategies. 8. Excellent change management skills, with a proven
ability to manage change effectively. 9. Strong strategic thinking
skills, with a proven ability to identify opportunities for growth
and improvement. 10. A commitment to continuous improvement, with a
proven ability to implement new technologies or processes to
