Design Center Sales Representative (Kitchen & Bath
Sales/Design)--Use your creativity and expertise for designing
residential and commercial kitchens, baths, and other floor plans.
Requires 2020 design program knowledge. Become a relationship

growth potential!About the Role:The Design Center Sales
Representative plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer
experience by providing expert guidance and support in selecting
design products for their residential homes, commercial businesses
and home improvement projects. This position is responsible for
understanding customer needs and preferences, ensuring that they
receive tailored solutions that meet their aesthetic and functional
requirements. The representative will collaborate with various
teams to ensure that product offerings are aligned with current
trends and customer demands. By building strong relationships with
clients, the representative will drive sales and contribute to the
overall success of the Design Center. Ultimately, this role is
pivotal in transforming customer visions into reality while
achieving sales targets and fostering customer loyalty.Minimum
Qualifications:One year of experience in kitchen and bath
design/sales.Proven experience in retail sales or customer
service.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related
field preferred.Experience in home design, building industry or a
related field.Familiarity with design software or tools such as CAD
and/or 20/20 design program.Responsibilities:Engage with customers
to understand their design needs and preferences, providing
personalized product recommendations.Maintain an in-depth knowledge
of the product offerings, including materials, styles, and current
design trends.Assist customers in the selection process, guiding
them through various options and ensuring a seamless purchasing
experience.Collaborate with the design team to ensure that customer
projects are executed to the highest standards.Achieve sales
targets by actively promoting products and services, following up
on leads, and closing sales.Skills:The required skills of strong
communication and interpersonal abilities are essential for
building rapport with customers and understanding their needs.
Sales experience will be utilized daily to effectively promote
products and close sales, ensuring that targets are met. Knowledge
of design trends and products will enable the representative to
provide informed recommendations, enhancing the customer
experience. Preferred skills, such as familiarity with design
software, will assist in visualizing customer projects and
improving the overall service offered. Continuous learning and
adaptability will be crucial in staying updated with industry
trends and customer preferences.--Hours:Monday - Friday: --8am to
5pmCustomer appointments as needed on Saturday or weekdays before
8am and after 5pm.--Wage:$18.00 - 20.00 Hourly Position--Plus
commission earnings based on your sales
