Success Coach (Project Help Grant)Full-Time, Kearney - Close Date: 1-24-19
A Bachelor's degree in social work, human services or a related field required. Must have an understanding of case management and working with low-income individuals as typically acquired through a minimum of two years experience. Most possess analytical and interpersonal skills to solve problems and work with students, staff, faculty and community partners. Must be able to work independently as well as on a team and maintain accurate records. Requires some travel. The Success Coach will provide intensive case management for grant participants in health science programs. Responsibilities include: determining eligibility for the grant, case management throughout the program, tracking progress and services provided and partnering with college and community resources. Position involves one-on-one coaching as well as group presentations.This is a grant funded position through September 29, 2020.
Electrical Mechanical Coordinator/TrainerFull-Time, Area Wide (all 25 counties) - Close Date: 1-31-19
Requires an Associate's degree with three years of related occupational experience in a manufacturing or processing facility. Additional, preference will be given to-- Individuals who are familiar with industrial controls, electrical, mechanical, and automated manufacturing and instrumentation processing systems. Requires a comprehensive understanding of mechanical and electrical systems found in automated manufacturing or food processing facilities. Experience developing and/or delivering training programs would be beneficial, but not necessary. Individual should have strong computer skills both with hardware and software along with excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be detail oriented and willing to travel. CCC will provide training on how to be an instructor.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and teaching short term industrial training programs in small groups (ex: Basic Electrical, Motor Controls, Mechanical Systems, PLC's and Mechatronics) to Business and Industry. The position will have area-wide responsibilities
Learning Center Manager/Community Education CoordinatorPart-Time, Lexington - Close Date: 1/29/19
Coordinates recreational and vocational classes in Lexington and surrounding communities. Work with prospective instructors and investigate new Community Education (CE) class offerings. Will schedule all CE offerings by making facility arrangements, instructor scheduling and compensation, supplies and other student and class related needs. This person is also responsible for the development of the Fall and Spring brochures, registering students and reporting on classes. Will also support students with off campus credit courses and serve as a course proctor. Assist or direct students to specific resources and monitor and report instructional support and technology needs.

Applicant must be mechanically inclined with experience/knowledge in the plumbing, carpentry, HVAC and-- electrical fields. Will be required to work in various weather conditions. Preference is an Associate's degree but will accept a high school diploma or GED.
Technology Integration SpecialistFull Time, Administrative Office (Grand Island) - Close Date: 2/4/19
Provide leadership, consultation, and support for faculty development initiatives. Identify needs and provides multi-modal learning opportunities for faculty. Will support services in instructional design,strategies, assessment, technology, and delivery of courses and curriculum college-wide.Works with faculty at all instructional locations. Requires educational technology, curriculum, instruction, administration, and educational programming-- to understand instructional methods, curriculum development, etc. Prefer 3-5 yrs+ experience with educational technology; teaching at a secondary or post-secondary level; and completion of a Master's Degree in instructional technology, teaching, curriculum and instruction, educational leadership, or related area.
