Service Dispatcher Duties: As a Service Dispatcher you will provide outstanding customer service, guiding and dispatching a team of Service Technicians to ensure customer--------s equipment receives quality and timely repairs. Support all service operations. You will answer customer and technician phone calls, open work orders, create service quotes, and invoice work orders. Ensure that you and everyone works safely, following all safety policies and procedures. Service Dispatcher Requirements: Three or more years experience in a service dispatch role. Highly effective at organizing, prioritizing, and performing multiple duties. High School Diploma or GED. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer and telephone proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and general business software. Pass drug screen and background check. Service Dispatchers compensation is dependent upon experience but includes comprehensive benefits and use of company laptop and cell phone.
