You've scaled paid advertising for a local healthcare company. Not
consulted on it. Not managed a team that did it. You were the one
in the ad account. Writing the copy, building the audiences,
reading the data, and making the decisions that put patients on the
schedule. If that's you, this might be exactly what you've been

medical weight loss, primary care, and a growing lineup of services
directly to patients' homes. No waiting rooms. No long drives. No

The operations are solid. The patient experience is best-in-class.
Multiple revenue-generating service lines are already live with
more products on the roadmap. And we're expanding into new markets,
starting with Birmingham, AL, with aggressive growth plans behind
it. Here's what's missing: a marketer who can fill the schedule.
Not someone to "build awareness." Not someone to "increase
engagement." A marketer who wakes up every day thinking about one
thing: how do I put more patients on the schedule this week than I
did last week? What You Walk Into We've seen the job postings. "We
need a marketing unicorn who can do everything, alone, with no
budget, and report to someone who doesn't understand marketing."
That's not this. * A team who speaks your language. CPA, ROAS,
conversion rates, test velocity. You won't have to explain why you

a repeatable recipe. What You'll Actually Do Run All Paid
Advertising * Own every campaign across Meta, Google Search, Google
Local Services Ads, and more. * Set a weekly new-patient target.
Track it. Report on it. Be accountable for it. * Manage the budget
with discipline—scale what's performing, reallocate from what
isn't. * Test constantly: creative, copy, hooks, audiences, offers,
landing pages. That's where the leverage is and you know it. *
Build landing pages that produce booked visits, not just traffic.
Write All the Copy * Every ad, every email, every landing page,
every postcard, every social post. * Develop messaging for
different audiences and markets and know which angles work where. *
Concept creative direction (static, video, UGC-style). You don't
have to design it, but you have to know what will perform and why.
Build the Email Engine * Welcome sequences, reactivation campaigns,
referral asks, appointment follow-ups, provider intros, seasonal
content. * Segment and personalize by stage, location, and
behavior. * Own the email KPIs and improve them month over month.
Create and Manage Referral Channels * Build a referral program that
turns patients and local partners into a predictable source of new
business. * Develop relationships with complementary healthcare
organizations, community groups, and local businesses. * Track
every source. Optimize the incentives. Keep the pipeline active.
Launch New Markets * Own the go-to-market playbook for each new
location. * Geo-targeted ads, local SEO, Google Business Profile,
direct mail, community outreach—the full playbook. * Adapt strategy
to each market's demographics, competition, and local referral
landscape. Report on Everything * Build and maintain a live
dashboard leadership can check at any time. * Weekly reporting: new
patients by channel, CPA, email performance, referral volume, ROI.
* Data drives every decision. No exceptions. What We Require * 3-7
years of hands-on growth marketing experience scaling a local or
regional healthcare business (primary care, urgent care, dental,
home health, IV therapy, med spa, chiropractic, or similar). *
You've personally managed five- and six-figure monthly ad budgets
on Meta and Google. * You're a direct-response copywriter. Ads,
emails, landing pages—you write them, they convert, and you have
the results to show for it. * Proficient with a CRM/email platform
(ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or comparable). * You
live in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics daily. *
You're data-fluent. CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and attribution
