Job Description
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for the in-field
team (IFT), brand teams, and leadership, ensuring they address
clearly defined business needs and support data-driven
decision-making,
- Own reporting processes, ensuring timely updates, data
accuracy, and alignment with global standards,
- Lead the project management of global reporting initiatives by
coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder
communications,
- Proactively manage data updates, risks, and dependencies to
ensure alignment with both global and local priorities,
- Effectively communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to
relevant stakeholders, fostering transparency and
collaboration,
- Collaborate with the BTS (Commercial IT) department to enhance
local reporting capabilities, optimize workflows, and drive
automation efforts,
- Transform complex data sets (e.g., sales, segmentation, IFT
activity, and market dynamics) into actionable insights using
intuitive dashboards and visualizations,
- Serve as the primary technical expert within the BI team,
creating, maintaining, and optimizing use cases on BI platforms
such as Fusion and Power BI,
- Establish control mechanisms and perform health checks to
ensure data accuracy and reliability,
- Act as a Data Steward, managing user access rights, ensuring
data quality, and maintaining governance across BI platforms,
- Actively participate in brand team activities, leveraging data
to generate insights that support strategic decision-making and
align with business needs,
- Collaborate with brand teams to identify opportunities for
leveraging analytics to drive brand performance and market
impact,
- Be a partner with the Department and Business to lead change
management processes for new analytics tools and use cases, driving
adoption and integration across teams,
- Evaluate existing tools and processes to identify opportunities
for improvement, automation, and efficiency,
- Prepare ad-hoc sales and performance reports as needed,
continuously seeking ways to streamline workflows and add
value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, IT, or a related
field (Master degree will be an asset),
- Excellent command of English both written and verbal,
- Minimum 5 years in data analysis, Business Intelligence, Sales
Force Effectiveness, Business Insights & Analytics, or a related
role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry,
- Proven experience managing global and local data analysis or
reporting processes,
- Expertise in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and familiarity
with pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IQVIA),
- Demonstrated success in driving process automation and
improving reporting systems,
- Experience in project management, including coordinating
timelines, managing deliverables, and stakeholder
communication,
- Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools and
knowledge of automation tools and data governance frameworks,
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with database
management,
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and
problem-solving capabilities,
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the
ability to influence stakeholders,
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with urgency
under tight deadlines.
