We are backed by top VCs and are looking for a professional to oversee compliance for the credit card marketplace product. You will ensure that Array adheres to the necessary content and regulatory compliance of our partners.   • Collaborate and drive alignment with our partner’s internal compliance teams to ensure marketing information is accurately represented on our website for each partner (compliance requirements will vary for each banking partner) 
  • Make appropriate changes to content - especially around times of new product releases from our partners
  • Serve as the primary point person and act as the team’s subject matter expert on multiple compliance areas, coordinate cross-functionally with the engineering team on implementing new requirements, and maintain feedback loop to identify issues preemptively
  • Manage lead tracking, communication, and monitoring efforts derived from existing and emerging content regulations
  • Provide thought leadership on compliance obligations, identify areas of investment, and also inform stakeholders of potential risks and unintended consequences of changing requirements
  • Routinely audit new and existing partners to ensure compliance across all aspects of the credit card marketplace product


  • Must be extremely attentive to details to ensure compliance, including key regulations around credit disclosures
  • 1+ years of experience in content compliance, ideally at a financial institution
  • Completion of an undergraduate bachelor's degree
  • Developed written and verbal communication skills and ability to apply these in a wide variety of situations, including executive briefings
  • Must be self managing capable of fulfilling compliance duties and maintaining  positive partner experiences

  • Direct experience at a name-brand Financial, Regulatory, or Credit Reporting Agency
