Job Description Job Description Job Title: Production Worker - 700 BLDG Job Description We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Production Workers in a new building. This role involves overseeing the complete manufacturing process of our multi-application products. Responsibilities include material handling, operating and troubleshooting automated machines, and ensuring quality control throughout the production line. Responsibilities Handle raw materials to prepare for production. Understand and apply specification sheets to set machines. Operate and troubleshoot basic machine issues while monitoring production quality. Pull in-process samples and document quality updates. Use overhead cranes to move finished product. Operate a forklift to store finished products in the warehouse. Ensure continuous monitoring and quality checks of automated processes. Essential Skills General labor and production experience. Ability to operate machines and perform quality inspections. Experience in assembly and manufacturing. Forklift certification or willingness to be trained. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to work safely and independently. Capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. Willingness to work 12-hour shifts. Strong tenure at previous employers. Ability to read, write, and understand work orders in English. Why Work Here? It is temperature-controlled, automated, and demands attention to detail and self-motivation. Shifts are structured on a 2/2/3 schedule, with options for day or night shifts. This environment promotes safety and efficiency, providing an excellent setting for career growth. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.11 - $22.36/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
