operate in Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio,
Indiana, and North Carolina. $800 Orientation Pay Account

Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay.
Must be available for six days of dispatch Weekly Home Time Annual
