employer, non-profit entity, or law firm, specifically working in
those areas of practice identified above. Ideal candidates will
demonstrate: a high level of attention to detail; excellent
independent judgment and decision-making skills; excellent oral and
written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills; an
aptitude for strategic thinking; an ability to anticipate problems;
a track record of timely completion of projects and assignments;
effective organizational skills; the ability to handle multiple
priorities and tasks; and a keen ability to summarize and explain
legal complexities.
