Job Description Job Description Position Summary: The nCino
Administrator 1 will be primarily responsible for configuring Union
Bank’s nCino Commercial Loan Origination System (CLOS) to meet the
needs of the Wholesale lending division. This will involve a
high-level understanding of the wholesale lending process and an
exhaustive knowledge of the capabilities of the nCino system to
ensure it is configured to optimize efficiency of all roles within
the lending process. Essential Functions : Act as lead resource and
subject matter expert for the nCino Commercial Loan Origination
System. Responsible for nCino project planning, implementation,
administration. Project lead or secondary for small, medium, and
large initiatives/releases implemented for Commercial Loan business
unit while ensuring predictable, consistent, and successful project
delivery. Actively participate with product development teams
(product owner, business analysts, System Applications Team) to
define product requirements. Provide leadership and direction with
other departments to ensure successful implementation and support.
Perform end user software support for the nCino application via
phone, email, and chat, as well as onsite. Oversee the daily
performance of the nCino application while answering end-user
inquiries regarding software operation to resolve issues by reading
technical manuals, vendor support, or conferring with users. Manage
support ticket requests received from end users, product owner, or
business analysts. After researching these support tickets escalate
to vendor support as needed. Complete nCino University training
(100-300 level) within 6 months of starting position. Creatio
duties as assigned. Complete change management requests and
represent changes in accordance with change management policies and
procedures. Involved in modifying and executing company policies
that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide
effect. Research and analyze basic and complex issues surrounding
the processes and systems of an organization. Make recommendations
surrounding improving processes, efficiency, and practices.
Simulate and test process improvements. Communicate changes to
business units. Engage in project initiating activities such as
identifying stakeholders, identifying project management approach,
defining roles and responsibilities, timelines, and end goals for
Information Technology projects. Schedule and facilitate meetings
related to Information Technology projects. Troubleshoot and
develop technical solutions related to software, independently or
as a team. Create workaround procedures when standard procedures
have failed and ensure issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
Escalate urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to the
appropriate resources. Confer with clients regarding the nature of
the information processing or computation needs of a computer
program is to address. Determine the functionality of some
pre-developed application packages and adapt them to a user
environment. Develop and maintain a full understanding of
commercial loan origination software applications and stay abreast
of relevant industry trends and best practices. Test, maintain and
monitor computer and application server programs and systems
related to the commercial loan origination software, including
coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.
Understand and adhere to all bank policies, laws, and regulations
applicable to the role. Complete compliance training, and follow
internal processes and controls as required. Report all compliance
issues, violations of law or regulations in accordance with the
steps defined in bank policies. Regular and reliable attendance is
an essential function of this position. Perform other job-related
duties or special projects as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s
degree in business related field preferred. At least 1 year
information technology and system application experience required.
At least 1year loan software administration experience preferred.
Commercial loan origination knowledge. Complete nCino Platform
Configuration and Commercial Configuration within 18 months of
starting position. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and in
working with other financial system software. Previous work
experience with software applications or previous experience with
banking application software preferred. Complete Creatio trainings
and certified within 24 months, strongly preferred. Preferred
