Computer Support CoordinatorDiamond Plastics Corporation is one of today's leading PVC pipe producers in North America and one of the largest producers in the world with products for both water and sewer applications through 60 inches in diameter. Diamond Plastics has seven manufacturing facilities located strategically across the United States.Diamond Plastics Corporation has an immediate opening for a Computer Support Coordinator. The position is responsible for but not limited to:Provide a point of contact for internal customers to receive support and maintenance within the organizations desktop computing and manufacturing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance.Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems and hardware.Document, maintain, perform upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks.Set up equipment for employee/company use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
