Job Description Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC HVAC Install Technician Key Responsibilities Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, ductwork, and ventilation systems Replace and upgrade existing HVAC equipment Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications Ensure all installations meet local building codes and safety regulations Test systems for proper operation and efficiency Communicate clearly with customers regarding system operation and maintenance Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in clean working order Complete job documentation accurately and on time Qualifications 2 years of HVAC installation experience preferred, but not required Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or HVAC certification preferred Preferred Skills Sheet metal fabrication experience Brazing and soldering skills Knowledge of local building codes Strong customer service and communication skills Company Description W3Global was established in 2006 in Fremont, CA with a vision: simplify the recruiting process and develop an industry-disrupting platform to connect candidates with clients.
