Where You'll Work
CHI Health Good Samaritan is a 236-bed, Level II Trauma
Center and regional referral hub serving central and western
Nebraska. As a tertiary care facility, Good Samaritan offers a
broad range of specialty services and a highly collaborative
medical staff dedicated to delivering exceptional patient-centered
care. The hospital features a 24-bed open ICU with intensivist
support, a strong hospitalist program and engaged subspecialists
across cardiology, thoracic and vascular surgery, orthopedics,
neurosurgery, and women's services. Hospital-based medical
transport services at Good Samaritan include AirCare-the state's
longest operating air medical provider, as well as ground 911 and
long-distance ambulance services. Physicians benefit from advanced
surgical capabilities, interventional cardiology, comprehensive
diagnostic and imaging services, and a team-based culture that
promotes clinical excellence and collegiality.
Through its academic partnerships with Creighton University
School of Medicine and the University of Nebraska Medical
