Locums - Kearney, Nebraska, Cardiology Opening

Start Date:Late July or Early August 2026

Assignment Duration:Ongoing Coverage

FTE:1.0

Schedule Details:Provider will split time between clinic responsibilities, hospital rounding, procedures, and call coverage.

Call schedule varies.

When not assigned to call, the provider will be performing:

• Hospital rounding
• Cardiology procedures
• Patient care in the clinic

Practice Setting:Clinic and Hospital

Responsibilities:

• General Cardiology patient care
• Clinic coverage
• Hospital rounding
• Night call coverage
• Assisting existing cardiologists with procedures and inpatient management

Reason for Coverage:Provider medical leave

Support Staff:Details to be provided

Procedures:No specific procedural requirements listed

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Cardiology - Required
• Active Nebraska License - Highly Preferred
• ACLS - Required
• BLS - Required
• DEA - Required
