Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health. • 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health. Shift & Scheduling: - If placed on call and then called back in, they have 30 minutes to arrive. Required Credentials: - RNs in this unit are required to pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam during onboarding. The pass/fail exam is on Friday during orientation, is open book, and requires a 90% to pass. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1.
