reputation currently seeking physicians for locations in Loveland,
Greeley, and Longmont. Practice Details Providers round on patients
in Skilled Nursing Faciltites and Long Term Care Centers Monday
through Friday with some flexibility Team approach coordinating
with primary care, geriatric care, specialists, Physical,
Occupational & Speech Therapies, Case Management, and Psychology
Clinical Triage manages on-call responsibilities from facilities 7
days a week Group utilizes smart technology with integrated voice
recognition to complete patient encounters quickly and directly
into EHR Guaranteed base salary along with bonus incentives and a
full complement of benefits Potential for leadership as a site
