4/13/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse

Minimum 3 years of Labor and Delivery experience - Ability to
titrate drips (Pitocin, Magnesium, Procardia) Description: The
position involves providing care in the Labor and Delivery
specialty. Candidates must have experience with a minimum of 400
births per year and must work within established patient care
guidelines. The unit handles obstetrics, postpartum, antepartum,
post-surgical gynecology, and high-risk pregnancies. Registered
Nurses are required to monitor patient care and provide support
during labor and delivery. The typical nurse-to-patient ratio is
1:3 for laboring patients and 1:1 for delivery. There are 15 Labor
and Delivery rooms available. Registered Nurses are expected to
participate in unit-specific duties and responsibilities. The
schedule is assigned by management and includes rotating weekend
and holiday requirements. There is no call or standby requirement
for this position. Charting is done using the EPIC system.
Candidates must adhere to all policies and procedures, including
those regarding patient care and safety. Breastfeeding support is a
key component of the unit's care approach. All required
certifications must be current and valid for the duration of
