Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery Holdrege, NE Specialty:
Labor and Delivery Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks
Pay: $2703 - $3257 | Shift: 3x12 Nights Are you a compassionate and
skilled Registered Nurse with a passion for Labor and Delivery? Do

in Holdrege, NE. As a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse, you will
play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to patients
during one of the most important moments of their lives. You will
work under the supervision of a Physician, managing, organizing,
and administering nursing care for patients of all ages. Your
expertise will ensure compliance with all applicable federal,
state, and local laws, as well as facility policies. Assess patient
data regarding physical, psychological, social, cultural, and
spiritual needs for patients of all ages. Report and document all
observed symptoms, reactions, and changes in patient conditions.
Utilize the nursing process to direct and deliver patient care,
developing and evaluating formal care plans. Administer medications
using the "Five Rights of Medication Administration". Provide
educational information to patients and families appropriate for
age and learning abilities. Create and maintain a comfortable and
safe environment for patients, families, and visitors. Organize and
prioritize daily assignments to provide optimal patient care.
Demonstrate competency annually in assigned areas of work. Maintain
patient and employee confidentiality at all times. Comply with the
facility's Code of Conduct. For Charge Nurse roles: Assign staff,
coach problem-solving behaviors, and lead performance improvement
teams. Respond immediately to life-threatening patient situations
by initiating emergency procedures. Maintain good rapport and
cooperative working relationships with physicians, departments, and
