Job Description:
At Good Samaritan Health Center, we are dedicated to fostering

especially targeting underserved communities. We are looking for a
licensed practical nurse (LPN) who will serve as a Clinical Care
Leader in our Long Term Care department. This dynamic role requires
a compassionate, detail-oriented professional ready to lead and
inspire a team dedicated to providing exceptional care to our
elderly patients. As an LPN Clinical Care Leader, you will oversee
the daily nursing activities and ensure the highest standards of
care are maintained, reflecting our dedication to our patients’
physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Supervise and manage
nursing staff and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Coordinate and oversee patient care planning and execution. Ensure
compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Provide
direct care as needed and manage patient documentation. Conduct
staff training and development initiatives. Administer medications
and monitor patient reactions and responses. Liaise with physicians
and other medical professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Champion the center’s holistic approach to health and wellness.
Strong leadership and organizational skills In-depth knowledge of
health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation,
decontamination etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficient in healthcare management and patient information
systems Aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current LPN license required Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced knowledge certifications in geriatric health or long-term
care preferred
