Job Description Permanent – Physician – Hematology Oncology Location: Greeley, Colorado Position Type: Permanent Specialty: Hematology/Oncology Location: Greeley, CO Shift: Days – Flexible 4-day work week Position Details: Patient Population: Adult Oncology patients Setting: Outpatient Cancer Care Clinic Responsibilities: Manage all forms of cancer with focus on breast oncology and gynecologic medical oncology Provide comprehensive oncology care in an established practice Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards Collaborate with Surgical GYN Oncology at Anschutz Medical Center Engage in clinical research and trials Maintain high-quality, evidence-based patient care Required Procedures: Standard hematology/oncology management and treatment EMR System: EPIC Support Staff: 3 Physicians 3 APPs Full clinic support team Days Per Month: Full-time schedule (4 days/week) On-Call/Weekends: Minimal call shared among 15 clinicians Submission Requirements: Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology Active Colorado license or willingness to obtain DEA (must be obtained prior to start) NPDB Self Query (within 30 days) Clean malpractice/license history preferred Visa support status must be noted (no visa sponsorship available) Join us today!
