Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • Flu vaccination required after submission. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: - RN’s are required to pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam during onboarding. - RN’s are required to pass a Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. This is an OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned, and they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated. - Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. - Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. - References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to. Special Requests: - An interview may not be available prior to offer. - Will not approve blocked scheduling unless it’s weekends only, but can ask. They also will not take duos that want same schedule or share car. Shift & Scheduling: - Weekend Requirement: Every other. - Holiday Requirement: Rotate in with perm staff. Floating Requirements: - MedSurg, rehab, or PCU taking MedSurg acuity. Submission Limit: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. 7 days maximum time off.
