be considered. A healthcare organization in Holdrege, NE is seeking
experienced registered nurses to provide exceptional care on a
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) during night shifts. This contract
position offers a fantastic opportunity to apply your clinical

Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to PCU
patients, closely monitoring their condition. Administer
medications, treatments, and assist with patient recovery and
comfort. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement
individualized care plans. Utilize BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS protocols
to respond to patient needs and emergencies. Document patient
progress accurately and communicate effectively with physicians and
staff. Qualifications / Desired Experience: Active Registered Nurse
(RN) license. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a step-down or
progressive care unit. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS),
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS).
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills. Ability to
work independently during night shifts. Schedule / Hours: 12-hour
night shifts. 36 hours guaranteed weekly. Location Overview:
