unit requires a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse
well-versed in patient monitoring and critical care support. This

Location:Positioned in the welcoming community of Gibbon, Nebraska,

comprehensive nursing care to patients in a progressive care unit
(PCU). Monitor patient status closely and respond promptly to
changes in condition. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare
teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Maintain
accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards.
Administer medications and treatments according to established
protocols and guidelines. Qualifications and Experience: Valid
Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 2 years experience in
unit-based nursing, preferably in stepdown or PCU settings.
Certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institutes of
Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS). Strong clinical assessment skills and
ability to work independently during night shifts. Excellent
communication and teamwork abilities. Schedule and Commitment:
Night shifts, 12 hours each. Guaranteed 36 hours per week. Contract
