Minimum Requirements: To be considered, you must meet the following: Active Psychologist license in Oklahoma OR the ability to obtain one Clinical experience required (School Psychologist experience does not qualify) Must be able to work on-site What You’ll Do: The successful candidate will perform the following functions at a pace and level consistent with job expectations: Conduct psychological screenings and assessments using record review, clinical interviews, and appropriate evaluation tools Collaborate with the mental health team and other clinical staff (psychiatry, medical, nursing, social work, etc.) to ensure coordinated care and follow-through Provide treatment by developing, implementing, and modifying individualized treatment plans based on clinical needs and level of functioning Make regular rounds in segregation or confined housing areas to assess adjustment and identify treatment needs Deliver evidence-informed counseling using sound psychological theory and therapeutic techniques Provide crisis support, including mental health assessments, counseling, and confrontation-avoidance interventions Consult with internal stakeholders (mental health, medical, education, chaplain, security, and others) to help understand escalations in behavior and changes in mental health condition Benefits & Perks We take care of our team with a strong, competitive benefits package, including: Medical insurance Dental insurance Retirement plan Full relocation provided for qualified candidates Bonuses
