and Benefits Hourly wage ranges from $27.84 to $45.46, depending on
prior experience. Flex premium of $12.50 per hour. Evening shift
differential of $2.50 per hour. Night shift differential of $3.00
per hour. Weekend shift differential of $3.00 per hour.

career advancement. The Flex Pool consists of a versatile and
responsive team capable of working across various service lines at
both Healthplex and Porter campuses. This includes medical and
cardiac intensive care units, step-down units for medical and
cardiac care, Med/Surg, Ortho/Neuro, Oncology, and post-surgical
units, along with occasional special assignments in procedural
areas. The Flex Pool is committed to delivering outstanding care
whenever and wherever it is needed within the organization.
Responsibilities Job Summary Conduct systematic assessments and
reassessments of individual healthcare needs, tailored to specific
age groups and patient conditions, involving patients, families,
and other healthcare professionals as necessary. Analyze
assessments to establish nursing diagnoses and anticipated
outcomes, engaging patients, families, and other healthcare
providers as appropriate. Deliver nursing care through
interventions aimed at meeting goals and needs, utilizing
professional judgment in accordance with current standards,
regulations, and policies. Assess patient outcomes using critical
thinking and evidence-based knowledge to identify issues, evaluate
information, and draw informed conclusions. Maintain a high
standard of professional practice. Qualifications Ability to float
between all units within one of the designated pods. Designated
pods include: Med/Surg - Observation, and Ortho/Spine. Intermediate
Care - PCU and PCCU; Critical Care - ICU and CVICU. Emergency
Department - Hwy 9, Moore Medical Center, and Healthplex campuses.
Education A diploma or Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) is
required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a Master of
Science in Nursing (MSN) is preferred. Experience Registered Nurse
experience required as follows: Med/Surg Pod - 1 year of experience
in a similar area. IMC Pod - 1 year of Intermediate Care or
equivalent experience. Critical Care - 2 years of Critical Care
experience, including adequate orientation and demonstrated annual
competencies in Basic & Advanced Hemodynamics, Pacemaker, and
Mechanical Ventilation. ER Pod - 2 years of Emergency Department
experience. (The above experience requirements can be satisfied
through a combination of education and experience.)
Licensure/Certification/Registration Med/Surg Pod - Current
Oklahoma Registered Nurse license, Basic Life Support (BLS), and
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS). IMC Pod and
Critical Care Pod - In addition to the current Oklahoma RN license,
BLS, and NIHSS, must also obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support
(ACLS) and Basic EKG interpretation certification within 6 months
of hire. ER Pod - In addition to the current Oklahoma RN license,
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and Basic EKG, must acquire Pediatric Advanced
Life Support (PALS) and MANDT certification within 6 months of
employment. All required certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS,
and MANDT) must be maintained through re-training for the duration
of employment.
