and Benefits Hourly wage ranges from $27.84 to $45.46, depending on
prior experience. Flex differential pay of $12.50 per hour. Evening
shift differential of $2.50 per hour. Night shift differential of
$3.00 per hour. Weekend shift differential of $3.00 per hour.

responsive team capable of working across various service lines at
all four campuses. This includes medical and cardiac intensive care
units, step-down units, medical/surgical, orthopedic/neuro,
oncology, and post-surgical units, along with occasional special
assignments in procedural areas. The Flex Pool is committed to

throughout the organization. Responsibilities Job Summary
Assessment/Reassessment - Conducts systematic evaluations of the
healthcare needs of individuals, tailored to specific age groups
and patient conditions, involving patients, families, and other
healthcare professionals as necessary. Nursing Diagnosis and
Outcomes - Interprets assessments to establish nursing diagnoses
and anticipated outcomes, engaging patients, families, and other
healthcare providers as appropriate. Implementation and
Coordination of Care - Delivers nursing care through interventions
aimed at meeting goals and needs, utilizing professional judgment
in accordance with current standards, regulations, and policies.
Evaluation and Discharge - Assesses patient outcomes by applying
critical thinking and evidence-based knowledge to identify issues,
evaluate information, and draw informed conclusions. Professional
Practice - Upholds standards of professional nursing practice.
Qualifications Must be willing to float among all units within one
of the designated pods. Designated pods include: Med/Surg - 4N,
3NW, 3NE, MSO, and Ortho/Spine. Intermediate Care - PCU and PCCU;
Critical Care - ICU and CVICU; Emergency Department - Hwy 9, Moore
Medical Center, Porter, and Healthplex campuses. Education A
diploma or Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) is required; a
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in
Nursing (MSN) is preferred. Experience Registered Nurse experience
required as follows: Med/Surg Pod - Minimum of 1 year in a
comparable setting. IMC Pod - 1 year of Intermediate Care or
equivalent experience. Critical Care - 2 years of Critical Care
experience, including adequate orientation and demonstrated annual
competencies in Basic & Advanced Hemodynamics, Pacemaker
management, and Mechanical Ventilation. ER Pod - 2 years of
Emergency Department experience.
Licensure/Certification/Registration Med/Surg Pod - Must hold a
current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license, Basic Life Support
(BLS), and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
certification. IMC and Critical Care Pods - In addition to the
Oklahoma RN license, BLS, and NIHSS, must obtain Advanced Cardiac
Life Support (ACLS) and Basic EKG interpretation certification
within 6 months of hire. ER Pod - Besides the Oklahoma RN license,
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and Basic EKG, must achieve Pediatric Advanced
Life Support (PALS) and MANDT certification within 6 months of
employment. All required certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS,
and MANDT) must be maintained through re-training for the duration
of employment.
