and Benefits Hourly wage ranges from $27.84 to $45.46, based on
prior work experience. Evening shift differential of $2.50 per
hour. Night shift differential of $3.00 per hour. Weekend shift
differential of $3.00 per hour. Comprehensive benefits package

organization consists of 32 beds and provides care for a diverse
range of critically ill patients with intricate medical issues,
such as respiratory failure, sepsis, renal failure, induced
hypothermia, and prolonged intermittent renal replacement therapy.
Our ICU team collaborates closely with a specialized stroke unit to
deliver award-winning advanced stroke care. We operate at a rapid
pace to address the needs of patients experiencing acute cardiac
conditions. Common cardiac cases managed in the ICU include
post-operative care following heart surgery, severe heart failure,
cardiogenic shock, STEMI, aortic dissection, and acute severe
valvular dysfunction. Daily responsibilities may involve managing
various life-support systems, including ventilation, heart
monitoring, and administering lifesaving medications. The ICU RN is
expected to demonstrate respect, empathy, and strong communication
skills when interacting with patients, families, and fellow
healthcare professionals. We offer a thorough and inclusive
training program for new graduate RNs, featuring a 12-week
orientation with a dedicated preceptor. Responsibilities Job
Summary The essential functions of the RN role encompass, but are
not limited to: Assessment and Reassessment - Conducts systematic
evaluations of the healthcare needs of individuals, tailored to
specific age groups and patient conditions, involving patients,
families, and other healthcare providers as necessary. Nursing
Diagnosis and Outcomes - Analyzes assessments to establish nursing
diagnoses and anticipated outcomes, engaging patients, families,
and other healthcare providers as appropriate. Implementation and
Coordination of Care - Delivers nursing care through interventions
aimed at achieving goals and addressing needs, utilizing
professional judgment informed by current evidence-based practices,
regulations, and policies. Evaluation - Assesses patient outcomes
by applying critical thinking and evidence-based knowledge to
identify issues, evaluate facts, and draw sound conclusions.
Evaluates discharge requirements in relation to the care plan,
utilizing resources as necessary. Professional Practice.
Qualifications Education A diploma or Associate’s degree in Nursing
(ADN) is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or
Master’s of Science in Nursing (MSN) is preferred. Experience Prior
experience in the healthcare field is preferred. (The above
qualifications may also be satisfied through a combination of
education and experience.) Licensure and Certification A current
Registered Nurse license in Oklahoma is required. Basic Life
Support (BLS) training or retraining must be completed during
orientation before providing patient care. Current Basic Life
Support (BLS) certification must be maintained through retraining
for the duration of employment. New graduates are required to
complete our Nurse Residency Program.
