Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/19/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts • Team care model with nurse-to-patient ratios • Care for approximately 14 patients daily on a 24-bed unit • Specialties include oncology, renal, urology, general surgery, gynecology, psych/detox, ENT, and general medicine • Must pass open book exam during Friday orientation with 90% score required • Required certification: BLS • BSN degree required • Valid driver's license required at submittal • Must be located outside 50-mile radius from facility • Cannot be employed full-time, part-time, or PRN with any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity facilities • Artificial nails prohibited in all patient care departments • Use EPIC charting system • Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks Facility: This 268-bed healthcare facility is a member of Catholic Health Initiatives and serves as a Level 2 Trauma center with an accredited Chest Pain Center.
