Job Description Leaderstat - Post Acute is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Nursing Home for a travel nursing job in Aurora, Nebraska. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Nursing Home - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 06/30/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, flexible - Employment Type: Travel Job Duties - Collaborate with healthcare team to develop personalized care plans for residents - Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and their families - Maintaining accurate patient records - Taking and monitoring vital signs - Administering medications - Overseeing Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) - Providing companionship and comfort to all residents Job Requirements/Qualifications - At least one year of clinical experience in a long-term care setting (skilled nursing facility, assisted living, etc.) as an RN - Active RN license in the state assigned, or in an eligible Nurse Compact State - Possess empathy and passion for serving others - Serve as a leader and a trusted resource to other healthcare team members - Up-to-date certifications/compliance: - Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR via American Heart Association (AHA) - Two-step TB test - Physical exam within the last 12 months
