COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
(CRNA) $325,000 Salary Guarantee $50,000 Sign on Bonus/Relocation
Combined $ Comprehensive Benefits: 8 weeks PTO, CME/$3,500, health,

Uro, OB, Cath-lab, Call 1:8 weekday and 1:10 weekend with Post Call
