CountryHouse in Grand Island is looking for a Caregiver Part Time Evening Every Other Weekend. We are looking for a Part Time Caregiver Every Other Weekend in the Evenings. In this position, you'll provide care to and assist residents with activities of daily living as outlined in the resident service plan and within the parameters of State and Federal regulations. Part Time Every Other Weekend Evening Caregiver - position details: Assist residents with activities of daily living as outlined in the resident service plan and within the parameters of State and Federal regulations.
Perform assigned cleaning duties in resident rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms and/or common areas.
Maintain an orderly and safe living environment.
Monitor health and well-being of residents and follow procedures to document care and report changes or concerns to appropriate staff. Provide input into resident service plans.
Assist with meal preparation and service.
Respond to medical, fire or weather emergencies as directed.
Drive Community vehicle(s) as needed for resident transportation.
Engage residents in conversation and reminiscing; encourage socialization.
Assist with the activity program as directed by the Program Coordinator or Supervisor.
Identify supplies needed to perform tasks and report needs to Supervisor.
Carry out other duties as assigned
Reliable and punctual attendance is required.

Promote residence and the Company in a positive way
Participate in staff, resident, family, marketing or Company activities and events as directed
Proven track record of integrity
Excellent verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
Maintain confidentiality of verbal and written information pertaining to residents, prospective residents, facility operations and personnel
Work independently and/or interact with team members at all levels and promote teamwork
Prioritize, multi-task, and maintain flexibility in a fast paced, service oriented, environment
