tag.The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the total
operation of the assigned Pump & Pantry location.Bosselman Pump &

- Hire, discipline, and terminate personnel in collaboration with
the District Manager and HR Department.
- Maintain appropriate labor levels, schedule posts two weeks in
advance.
- Oversee expenses and profits, adhere to budget goals,
understand P&L statements.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
- Proficient in opening and closing shifts, including paperwork
completion.
- Ensure customer needs are met, uphold customer service
policies.
- Supervise cash control and bank deposits.
- Manage food operations, handling, storage, and compliance with
food safety regulations.
- Project a positive attitude and handle customer, personnel, or
mechanical issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, inside and
out.
- Order, stock, and price items correctly.
- Implement and follow training procedures; supervise and train
staff thoroughly.
- Train staff on food handling, proper storage, and safety
standards.
- Ensure all food products are stored properly and properly
labeled with expiration dates.
- Ensure shifts are covered and personnel performance reviews are
completed timely.
- Maintain personnel appearance standards and enforce company
policies.
- Report maintenance, customer, and personnel issues
regularly.
- Keep records related to merchandise, personnel, and fuel.
- Maintain a safe and healthy workplace.
- Hold regular staff meetings and participate in management
training.
- Provide friendly, competent customer service.
- Report to work punctually as scheduled.
- Operate any or all Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) if
applicable.Additional Duties:
- Assist with other tasks as assigned.Supervisory
Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise store employees.QualificationsEducation and
Experience:
- 1-3 years' experience as an Assistant Manager required.
- 1-3 years' experience as a 1st Assistant Manager
preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
- Food Handler's permit or Serve Safe Certification required
where mandated by law.Minimum Qualifications:
- Knowledge of store equipment operation and maintenance.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Minimum one weekend and one late shift per week.
- Minimum 50 hours per week.
- Reliable transportation and phone.
- Valid driver's license and insurability.
- Consistent attendance.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Willingness to deliver friendly customer service and work
cooperatively with team members.Physical Requirements:
- Occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods,
walk, use hands, reach, talk, and hear; frequently sit, climb,
stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
