tag.The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the total
operation of the assigned Pump & Pantry location.Bosselman Pump &

- Hire, discipline, and terminate personnel in coordination with
the District Manager and HR.
- Maintain staffing levels and schedule in advance.
- Manage expenses and profits, understanding budgets and P&L
statements.
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate and submitted timely.
- Open and close shifts, completing all required
documentation.
- Meet customer needs and uphold customer service policies.
- Supervise cash control and deposits.
- Oversee food operations, storage, and compliance with food
safety regulations.
- Maintain a positive attitude and handle problems
effectively.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Manage inventory, pricing, and ordering.
- Implement and follow training procedures, supervise and train
staff.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and temperature
controls.
- Cover shifts and conduct performance reviews.
- Maintain personnel appearance standards and enforce
policies.
- Report maintenance, customer, and personnel issues to
management.
- Keep records and ensure a safe workplace.
- Hold regular staff meetings and attend management
training.
- Provide excellent customer service and punctuality.
- Operate Quick Service Restaurant units if applicable.Additional

Responsibilities
- Supervise store employees directly.QualificationsEducation and
Experience:
- 1-3 years as an Assistant Manager required.
- 1-3 years as a 1st Assistant Manager preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
- Food Handler's permit or Serve Safe Certification required
where law or policy mandates.Minimum Qualifications:
- Knowledge of store equipment maintenance and operations.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Minimum one weekend and one late shift per week.
- Minimum 50 hours per week.
- Reliable transportation and phone.
- Valid driver's license and insurability.
- Consistent attendance and communication skills in English.
- Willingness to deliver excellent customer service and work
cooperatively.Physical RequirementsMust occasionally lift/move up
to 50 lbs., stand long periods, and perform physical tasks such as
walking, handling, reaching, talking, hearing, sitting, climbing,
stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as needed.
