Talent Solutions (NWTS) is partnering with a global medical
technology manufacturer to identify a skilled Electro-Mechanical
Technician to support production operations on B Shift within a
regulated medical device manufacturing environment. This role is
hands-on and equipment-focused, requiring a technician who can
troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain electro-mechanical
systems while operating strictly within cGMPs, validated processes,
and quality system requirements . The position plays a critical
role in ensuring equipment uptime, product quality, and patient
safety. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair
electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment Perform
preventive maintenance (PMs) in accordance with established
schedules and procedures Test and troubleshoot electronic circuits
using oscilloscopes, signal generators, amp meters, and voltmeters
Install, modify, and maintain control panel wiring Work closely
with Controls teams to understand and safely support PLC-controlled
equipment and ladder logic Support engineering projects, including
installation and qualification (IQ) of new equipment Participate in
continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, improve
reliability, and eliminate waste Maintain accurate maintenance
records and documentation in compliance with quality system
requirements Coordinate with central crib and tool room to manage
spare parts inventory Train operators and assist with machine setup
and operation as needed Propose equipment improvements and design
changes in collaboration with engineering Provide off-shift support
as needed, including call-ups, overtime, and startup assistance
Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required
Associate degree in a technical field preferred (In lieu of degree,
a minimum of two years of relevant technical experience will be
considered) Proven hands-on experience with: Electrical systems
Mechanical systems Pneumatic systems Hydraulic systems Ability to
read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and following written
procedures Basic computer skills (SAP, Excel, Word preferred)
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Strong safety awareness and commitment to quality and compliance
Willingness to work B shift , overtime, and respond to off-shift
call-ups as required Preferred Experience Experience in medical
device, pharmaceutical, or other cGMP-regulated manufacturing
environments Exposure to PLC-controlled equipment and industrial
automation Experience working within validated systems and change
control processes Familiarity with equipment qualification
activities (IQ/OQ support) Work Environment This role is 100%
on-site and operates in a regulated, safety-critical manufacturing
environment . Schedule flexibility is required to support
production demands, training activities, and equipment issues
