Job Description Job Description Job Title: Production Associate Job Description As a Production Associate, you will use hand routers, trimmers, drills, and fixtures to trim and assemble roto molded slides. Your role involves packing finished slides in boxes for shipping, tracking production output, ensuring product quality, and communicating scrapped parts information to the Roto Technicians daily. Additionally, you will offer recommendations to improve production processes for better time management and quality work habits. Responsibilities Use hand routers, trimmers, drills, and fixtures to trim and assemble roto molded slides. Pack finished slides in boxes in preparation for shipping to customers. Track production output, product quality, and scrapped parts, and communicate to the Roto Technicians daily. Offer recommendations to improve production processes for better time management and quality work habits. Essential Skills Experience with hand tools and power tools Mechanical aptitude Proficiency in using hand routers, trimmers, drills, and fixtures Computer skills Ability to use a tape measure Capability to perform heavy lifting Mechanically inclined Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience with trimming molded plastic parts preferred Experience with operating molding equipment is desirable Quality control experience is desirable Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a clean environment that is not climate controlled, with high temperatures during the summer due to the presence of ovens. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
