Pilot Company, the nation's leading network of travel centers with a robust presence in the energy sector, is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Specialist II, Maintenance Planner to enhance our asset management and ensure efficient operations across our expansive network. This pivotal role is responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities that are crucial for the operational efficiency of our energy facilities and service stations. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic outlook to daily operations coupled with a strong focus on safety and sustainability. Develop, implement, and oversee the scheduled maintenance plans for various energy assets and equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to diagnose complex issues and develop effective solutions ensuring long-term asset health. Utilize predictive and preventive maintenance models to forecast equipment failures and schedule interventions accordingly. Prepare detailed reports and maintenance documentation to aid management in decision-making and to comply with regulatory standards. Manage external contractors and internal stakeholders to maintain the quality and efficiency of maintenance operations. Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments to comply with environmental and safety regulations. Expertise in advanced maintenance planning software and tools Strong analytical skills to predict potential points of failure in energy systems Superior organizational and project management skills In-depth knowledge of the energy sector's regulatory standards Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Certification in Maintenance Management (CMM) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is desirable
