$19/hour Lincoln, NE | Full-Time M-F 2p-10p We're on the lookout for a hands-on, detail-driven Press Brake Operator to join our growing team. If you're into working with machines, enjoy learning new tools, and don't mind getting a little gritty, this role might be your next move. What You'll Be Doing: Running the press brake to add precision bends to sheet metal parts Inserting pem fasteners with specialized equipment Masking/unmasking parts for powder coating, and helping load/unload them on our automated line Occasionally running the punch machine , or backing up our punch programmer Reading blueprints and using calipers to keep everything tight and to spec Keeping production on track by following programs and reporting results accurately Staying on top of safety, quality standards (ISO), and keeping your space clean and organized Helping us improve—whether it's a process tweak or a better workflow, your ideas matter What We're Looking For: Experience with press brakes (if you've got punch or other metal shop experience, that's awesome too) Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet all shift Solid eye-hand coordination and communication skills Able to read blueprints and use precision tools like calipers Forklift skills?
