If interested, please send your resume to LKOPASZ@ALINESTAFFING.com Global Integrated Engineering Program Manager Compensation The pay for this position is $69.44 per hour Global Integrated Engineering Program Manager Highlights This is a contract position with the potential for long-term assignment Schedule: Monday???Friday, 1st shift Location: 100% Onsite in Columbus, NE Global Integrated Engineering Program Manager Responsibilities Lead global, cross-functional engineering programs and large-scale projects from end to end Drive harmonization and effective governance across engineering, finance, manufacturing, and procurement Develop detailed project plans including objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Identify and mitigate risks such as cost overruns, delays, and technical challenges Manage and track CAPEX/OPEX budgets; monitor KPIs to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution Facilitate communication between stakeholders and executive leadership Conduct project evaluations and postmortems to drive continuous improvement Oversee various project types, including compliance, safety, digitalization, architecture, facilities, and crisis response Support integration of new technologies and processes into existing manufacturing systems Present regular progress updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership Ensure alignment on all changes in project scope, cost, or schedule Global Integrated Engineering Program Manager Requirements Bachelor???s degree in Engineering required (Mechanical preferred) MBA or MS in Engineering preferred Minimum 5 years of engineering and project management experience Demonstrated success in Lean manufacturing and capital management PMP certification is a plus Experience working in global matrixed organizations and multicultural environments Experience in operations or complex manufacturing environments preferred Must be willing and able to travel internationally up to 30% Global Integrated Engineering Program Manager Onsite Work Requirements Must be available to work onsite Monday through Friday Must maintain regular and predictable attendance Ability to work in a structured, corporate office environment If you think this Global Integrated Engineering Program Manager position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me ??? feel free to call, email, or apply to this posting!
