This role is pivotal in ensuring that projects meet budget, timeline, and quality standards while adhering to healthcare regulations and best practices. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple healthcare construction projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and schedules that meet healthcare industry standards. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and regulatory agencies, to address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key performance indicators and project milestones. Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and building codes. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
