As a Graczyk Lawn & Landscape Crew Member, you will be responsible for the proper, efficient, and timely completion of projects. Benefits $19-$22 per hour Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Paid Overtime Health Insurance 401k with Company Matching Ongoing Training and Career Development Project responsibilities include: landscape installation, landscape maintenance, planting, mulching, construction of paver patios/ outdoor living spaces, segmental retaining walls, ponds and water features, and low-voltage lighting. You will be responsible for communicating the day-to-day accomplishments and problems to clients, crew members, and superiors. This position has working conditions that expose you to various weather conditions and may require you to work outside normal working hours. Construction or agricultural background is a plus, but is not required, as we will train the right people. Requirements: Valid and insurable Driver's License Good eye for detail Team Player with the future ability to manage a team Positive and solutions-focused attitude Excellent communication skills Ability to operate heavy equipment including backhoes, skid steers, as well as power tools, etc. (plus but not required) Ability to perform the physical demands of the position including: regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, crouching, stoop/kneeling, and reaching with hands and arms hc95113
