Job Description Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: Maintain agency facilities and vehicles to ensure a safe, well-working environment for staff, clients, families, and community members. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Complete minor repairs in facilities including plumbing, construction, concrete work, etc. Assist in unloading the commodity truck as needed. Maintain the underground sprinkler system. Mow and trim the Loup City buildings Complete work orders within the 21-county service area. Adhere to all CNCAP-related policies and procedures Promote the program and agency in a positive and professional manner QUALIFICATIONS A high school diploma or GED is required Valid driver's license 1-3 years of experience working in construction and/or maintenance (Tools provided) SKILLS & ABILITIES Problem-solving skills Communication skills Knowledge of power tools Excellent time-management and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to work with others SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday: 7 am - 5 pm REPORTS TO: HR Director JOB STATUS: Full-Time, 40 hours per week BENEFITS: Health, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance Generous leave accrual (PTO) 11 paid holidays Paid birthday off Employer-matched retirement (up to 3%) Opportunities for professional development Employee Assistance Program FLSA STATUS: Hourly/Non-Exempt Disclaimer This position description is not intended, and should not be construed to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, efforts, or working conditions associated with the job.
