A well-established and progressive agricultural operation is seeking a Grain Superintendent to oversee operations at a key location in Nebraska. Key Responsibilities: Plan, direct, and manage facility operations to meet company standards and schedules. Oversee the inbound and outbound shipment of grain, including logistics and delivery coordination. Lead and mentor a team, driving improvements in quality, safety, and operational performance. Perform general maintenance and repairs to ensure facility efficiency and reliability. Preferred Qualifications: 3 years of experience in grain elevator or facility management preferred. Self-motivated, ambitious, and capable of meeting time-sensitive demands. Strong problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and a solid work ethic. Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
