Job Details Job Details: We are on the hunt for a dynamic and
highly motivated Permanent Tax Associate to join our thriving
Accounting Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for providing tax compliance and advisory services to partnerships,
corporations, and individuals. This is an excellent opportunity to

detail, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: As a
Permanent Tax Associate, you will be expected to: 1. Prepare and
review income tax returns for individuals, corporations, and
partnerships. 2. Conduct tax research and planning to optimize tax
positions and strategies. 3. Assist with federal, state, and local
tax audits. 4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current tax
practices and changes in tax law. 5. Work closely with clients to
provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance
services. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to understand and
address client needs. 7. Provide support during the financial audit
process. 8. Maintain and foster client relationships to ensure high
levels of satisfaction. Qualifications: To be successful in this
role, you will need: 1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,
or a related field. A master's degree in Taxation is a plus. 2. A
minimum of 2 years of experience in a tax role with a focus on
income tax and individual tax. 3. CPA or progress towards
completion of CPA certification is highly desirable. 4. Deep
understanding of federal, state, and local tax codes and
regulations. 5. Proficient in tax software and MS Office Suite,
particularly Excel. 6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and
project management skills. 7. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team
members. 8. Ability to work independently, manage multiple
priorities, and work under pressure to meet deadlines. 9. Strong
commitment to professional and client service excellence.
